Beachcomber hot tubs rebranding.
The background. Beachcomber Hot Tubs is a family-owned company with a 40-year history. Over the past 20 years, significant work has been done since the last rebranding. Recently, Beachcomber was trying to find a new identity and strayed from the core values that loyal customers cherished. I was hired by EMC to initiate the development of a new brand book while supporting the marketing department with additional needs. We also needed to define the new look of the brand's digital presence for the 2019 launch. Here are a few examples from the old website.
Going back to roots. For years, Beachcomber’s tagline was “Connecting family, friends, and loved ones.” Based on research into the company’s history, background, and competition, our team developed a unique visual language and modern product presentation. The owner preferred not to include people in the hot tubs for lifestyle photography, making it challenging to incorporate the theme of "family, friends, and loved ones" into the visuals. Nevertheless, we succeeded.
